If you do not like your Journey Collection jewelry for any reason, you can return it in its original unworn condition for a full refund minus our processing fee. Your intent to return must be expressed within 14 days upon receipt. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Custom made Preserved Flower Jewelry is not refundable. You are commissioning the artist to create an original piece of artwork at our discretion based on the best of the flower bits you sent and taking your requests into consideration as much as possible. Please be as specific in your notes to us as you care to be so we can match your requests as closely as possible with what we have to work with.
