Gold filled: Gold filled is NOT plated. It is a thick layer of real gold mechanically bonded to jewelers’ brass for years of consistent wear and a friendlier price point than solid gold. It will react like any 14K gold does to your personal skin and chemistry.
Care: Clean your sterling silver with your favorite sterling silver polishing cloth. Please clean your gold filled jewelry with dawn dish soap and a soft brush only. Wipe pearl with soft plain cloth.
Refund policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you do not like your jewelry for any reason, you can return it in its original unworn condition for a full refund minus the processing fees. The intent to return must be expressed within 14 days upon receipt. Return shipping is your responsibility.
If your jewelry breaks within the first 14 days we will consider it faulty and replace it. Simply return the damaged item at your shipping cost and we will replace it including a free gift for your trouble.
